Love the Hatha Yoga method! Very relaxing & calming, & I felt wonderful afterward...less anxiety & a more positive attitude.  Rosanne is a great instructor! A calming voice, focused but soft & assuring, with good pace. I didn't feel pressured to get everything exactly right like it was a contest ... I went with what I felt comfortable with. A great experience that I truly enjoyed!
